Folk Ways to Increase Testosterone

This is a spicy kind of spice that can be bought in ground form in almost every store. The powder you buy can easily be mixed with water or added to tea. It is a quick and inexpensive way to increase testosterone levels

In one study, 75 married men ages 19-45 consumed ginger every day. What were the results?

  • After 3 months of regular use, testosterone levels increased by 17.7%.
  • Levels of luteinizing hormone (the hormone that promotes testosterone production) increased by 43%.
  • Levels of free toxic radicals (malonic dialdehyde) in the blood were significantly reduced in all subjects.

Testosterone is produced in the male testicles, which should not be exposed to heat (so they are located outside the male body).

So if you want to increase your testosterone levels and also save on hot water, start taking cold showers. A similar trick was already used by weightlifters, who always cooled their “meals” with ice to have more testosterone and therefore more strength during competitions.

Probiotics are living organisms that are beneficial to the intestinal microflora

These beneficial bacteria are found in many fermented foods such as yogurt, kefir, acidophilus milk, kimchi and sauerkraut. Probiotics have many health benefits for the human body. Among the most important are supporting metabolism, immunity, healing and preventing toxic substances from building up in the body.

But how are probiotics related to testosterone?

First, a healthy gut is closely linked to testosterone production. People with weak gut microflora are more likely to suffer from vitamin and mineral deficiencies and, as a result, low testosterone levels.

Moreover, recent studies show a direct link between consumption of probiotics and an increase in testosterone levels. Take, for example, a 2014 study on rats that used probiotics commonly found in yogurt. At the end of the study, increases in several important factors closely associated with a healthy reproductive system were measured. In male rats, they measured:

  • Increased testosterone levels.
  • An increase in testicles.
  • Increased social dominance.
  • Improved sperm count and motility.

Another study confirmed this fact when testosterone levels increased after regular probiotic intake in men.

Therefore, if you are serious about optimizing your testosterone levels, be sure to include fermented foods in your diet.
